Beth Ann Parsons

Beth Ann J. Parsons As a fifth-generation Colorado native from Meeker with a ranching background, Beth Ann understands the water issues facing her clients. Beth Ann's practice focuses on water rights, water quality, environmental law, and general civil litigation. She has represented various municipal, agricultural, development, and individual interests in all aspects of surface and underground water rights adjudications, including obtaining water rights, opposing water rights filings of others, augmentation plans, exchanges, appeals before the Colorado Supreme Court and Colorado Court of Appeals, and water quality issues. Additionally, Beth Ann has experience in real property, contracts, environmental, and related issues. Beth Ann graduated from Stanford University with an AB in Human Biology and from the University of Colorado School of Law. After law school she clerked for the Honorable Rebecca Love Kourlis on the Colorado Supreme Court.
